Return's are welcome. Please call the store for the RMA number before returning any handbag. An exchange will be a full store credit minus any shipping. On returns ONLY shipping costs are not refundable. Gun purses must be shipped in the original package with all packaging properly packed to prevent damage. All clearance gun purses are nonrefundable.
