Return's are welcome. Please call the store for the RMA number before returning any handbag. An exchange will be a full store credit minus any shipping. On returns ONLY shipping costs are not refundable. Gun purses must be shipped in the original package with all packaging properly packed to prevent damage. All clearance gun purses are nonrefundable. All clearance gun purses are nonrefundable. All GTM and Montana West Handbags will have a $8.00 manufacturer fee.
Returns must be within 2 week period of purchase. Used, misused, shipping damaged handbags, or used handbags, will not be accepted for return.
Ship your package by the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend using ground shipping, purchasing optional insurance and obtaining a tracking number.
Refunds should appear on your credit card or Pay pal statement in 7-10 business days.
Defective Handbags- If a item is found to be defective it will be returned to the customer and refused. If an item is shipped to the customer that is defective, please call the store immediately for instructions on how to return the handbag at 480-361-4199. Egunbags is not responsible for the return of any handbag if the manufacturer refuses to refund the purse. We are not responsible for defective handbags that are made by the manufacturer. All complaints must be directed to the manufacturer including shipping costs and returns fees that have arrived from the manufacturer refusing to refund the item.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
